ER100 GT in just 6.4″ measures wheel size, imbalance, rim and tire internal and external eccentricity, three-point tread depth, taper and hubmatch.
Using advanced 3D laser scanning technology, the machine very accurately detects any dissimilarities, such as eccentricity and taper, which are often the real cause of perceived vibrations, distinguishing them from traditional imbalance. When values exceed allowable tolerances, an on-screen warning guides the operator in the best possible correction, with programs such as OPB (One Plane Balancing) and the innovative AutoAdaptive Mode system, which optimizes balancing for maximum driving comfort and productivity.
The ergonomic design of the ER100 GT, together with features such as the high-brightness laser pointer and two positioning lasers for spring weights, simplifies the operator’s work, making the balancing process fast, accurate and safe. The new automatic positioning system with electromagnetic brake on DC motor doubles the wheel locking speed, further increasing efficiency.

3D Laser Scan is the touchless system for measuring wheel distance and diameter, capable of precisely detecting the three-dimensional shape of any rim profile—even the most complex—without any operator intervention.
OPB: One plane balancing
One Plane Balancing (OPB) is a function that corrects the static imbalance of the wheel using a single counterweight, while keeping the dynamic imbalance within tolerance. It reduces vibrations, balancing time, and weight consumption, improving efficiency and driving comfort.
Side Laser
An integrated laser indicator in the wheel guard, designed to ensure precise placement of clip-on weights.
AutoAdaptive Mode
AutoAdaptive Mode is the innovative tolerance recalculation system that, for each wheel, acquires its weight and dimensions and recalculates the tolerance value to eliminate any vibrations felt on the steering wheel.
Automatic Positioning
The automatic positioning system with electromagnetic brake on a DC motor ensures the wheel stops instantly at the correction position.
Hubmatch
Hubmatch is the guided process for eccentricity correction during wheel mounting on the vehicle.
By identifying the highest point of the wheel (first harmonic), the system ensures optimal alignment between the rim and hub, effectively reducing eccentricity-related vibrations for a smoother, safer ride.
