How Does It Work?

Automatic gauge

The automatic gauge accurately handles wheels from 12″ to 28″ and automatically selects the correct balancing program (clip-on or adhesive weights). The result? Zero errors, fewer steps, and a faster, simpler, more efficient balancing process.

Electromagnetic brake

The electromagnetic brake keeps the wheel perfectly stable during weight application, improving accuracy and reducing operation time. To release it, simply move the wheel firmly—no controls, no interruptions, for a consistently smooth and efficient workflow.

Automatic Approach

How Does It Work?

Once the measurement spin is complete, the wheel automatically stops approximately 15° before the correction point, allowing the operator to place the weight accurately with minimal effort. After completing the first plane correction, pressing the repositioning button moves the wheel near the second correction point.

Laser Line
