Move!

Portable wheel balancer
for mobile service
and compact workshops

Balance anywhere. Perform like a full-size machine.

Traditional balancing machines tie you to one place. MOVE! doesn’t.

MOVE! is a fully automatic wheel balancer designed for mobile service, compact workshops and any environment where space and flexibility matter.

Thanks to its modular configurations, MOVE! can be easily installed on a workbench, or mounted on a baseplate for workshop use or into a van for on-site service, adapting perfectly to different working setups without compromising performance.

No compromises on technology: the innovative 2-Hit system with Laser Spotter measures wheel dimensions without a gauge and guides the exact weight position with precision. Faster setup. Less operator movement. More efficiency.

MOVE! is up to 3 times more compact and significantly lighter than traditional balancing machines, yet it delivers the same precision and reliability expected from professional equipment.

Features

Laser Spotter

Laser Spotter is a laser-guided positioning system developed by CEMB to accurately indicate the exact point where adhesive weights should be applied inside the rim. This highly effective solution is designed to improve both the precision and speed of the balancing process.

OPB: One plane balancing

One Plane Balancing (OPB) is a function that corrects the static imbalance of the wheel using a single counterweight, while keeping the dynamic imbalance within tolerance. It reduces vibrations, balancing time, and weight consumption, improving efficiency and driving comfort.

AutoAdaptive Mode

AutoAdaptive Mode is the innovative tolerance recalculation system that, for each wheel, acquires its weight and dimensions and recalculates the tolerance value to eliminate any vibrations felt on the steering wheel.

Virtual Sonar

Virtual Sonar is a software solution that enables accurate rim width detection on steel wheels without manual input and without a physical sonar device.
Using a vast database of hundreds of thousands of rim profiles, the system precisely calculates the second correction plane, covering up to 95% of all wheels in circulation.

Electromagnetic brake

The electromagnetic brake automatically locks the wheel in the correction position—so you can work faster, more accurately, and with less effort.

Automatic Approach

The Automatic Approach system positions the wheel near the correction point.
It has been introduced to simplify and speed up the balancing process, even on mid- and entry-level wheel balancers, ensuring improved overall efficiency.
