The SMX50 is a professional tyre changer for car and light commercial vehicle wheels up to 25”. Designed to guarantee strength, precision and user comfort, it delivers fast and safe operation even with intensive daily use.
- Rear tilting post for maximum rigidity and prevention of rim deformation
- Opposed-jaws clamping turntable with 80 mm cylinders for maximum clamping force and stability
- Bead breaker arm with ergonomic control, suitable for wheels up to 15” width
- Body with removable pedal unit for easier maintenance and aligned pedals for ergonomic use
- Clamping capacity from 10” to 25” (max wheel diameter 1170 mm / 46”, width 360 mm/ 15”)
- Available versions: TI version (integrated inflation device), A version (pneumatic tool arm positioning), MotoInverter version (variable speed motor control)

Features
Pedal Inflation System
The Pedal Inflation System allows the operator to control tire inflation using a foot pedal, enhancing precision and safety. It is also required when using an external TI device, as it keeps both hands free for safe operation.
TI (Tire Inflation) – Available only on TI Version
The TI system integrates a tire inflation device directly into the jaws, simplifying the bead seating process and ensuring uniform inflation. Available only on the TI version.
Pneumatic tool arm – Available only on A-Version
The A-Version offers a pneumatic tool arm that enhances precision and simplifies tool positioning during tire mounting and demounting.
