The SMX70LL is an automatic professional leverless tyre changer for car and light commercial vehicle wheels up to 27”. Engineered to handle modern UHP and run-flat tyres, it reduces operator effort while protecting rims and speeding up workshop throughput.
- Leverless system with automated mechanism that lifts and removes the tyre without manual leverage, reducing rim damage
- Opposed-jaws clamping with 80 mm diameter cylinders for secure, even grip on all rim profiles
- Motor with MotoInverter for progressive speed control and lower energy consumption at rest (smart stand-by)
- Reinforced post and 60×60 mm horizontal arm for maximum rigidity and durability under heavy use
- Bead breaker with ergonomic arm suitable for tyre widths up to 17” for effective bead loosening
- Removable pedal unit with pedals positioned in line for ergonomic operation and easy maintenance
- Wide clamping capacity: 10”–27” (max diameter 1170 mm / 46”, max width 430 mm / 17”)
- Automatic and safe handling of stiff and low-profile tyres, improving productivity and reducing the risk of scratches

Features
Leverless System
The Leverless system allows tire mounting and demounting without the use of levers, reducing the risk of damaging the wheel rim while ensuring faster and safer operation.
Motoinverter System
The Motoinverter System provides smooth, progressive motor speed control from 0 to 16 rpm, reducing energy consumption, increasing reliability, and extending motor life.
Pedal Inflation System
The Pedal Inflation System allows the operator to control tire inflation using a foot pedal, enhancing precision and safety. It is also required when using an external TI device, as it keeps both hands free for safe operation.
TI (Tire Inflation) – Available only on TI Version
The TI system integrates a tire inflation device directly into the jaws, simplifying the bead seating process and ensuring uniform inflation. Available only on the TI version.
