DWA1100 TROLLEY TRUCK is a mobile and wireless wheel alignment system specifically designed for trucks, buses and multi-axle vehicles. It allows operators to perform alignment directly at the vehicle, improving efficiency in large workshops and eliminating the need for fixed installations.

The system features a compact trolley with integrated charging unit for sensors and clamps, combined with a 10” Wi-Fi toughpad, enabling full control of the alignment process directly at the vehicle—even during under-vehicle operations.

Designed for heavy-duty applications, it supports step-by-step procedures up to 7 axles, with the ability to adjust both axles in a single screen and perform quick front axle measurements in 2-sensor mode, reducing operation time on long vehicles.

The system includes high-capacity truck turnplates (up to 4500 kg per plate) and components specifically designed for large wheels, ensuring accurate and repeatable measurements even under demanding conditions.

The integrated Audit function helps identify driving issues and supports service recommendations, improving workshop productivity and service value.
