Laser Spotter

How Does It Work?

During setup with the measuring gauge, Laser Spotter shows the area of the rim where the unbalance will be corrected.
During the correction phase, it precisely indicates where to apply the adhesive weights inside the rim.
Thanks to the electromagnetic brake, which locks the wheel at the exact angular position of the unbalance, any possibility of error during weight placement is eliminated—making the entire balancing process faster, easier, and more accurate.

OPB: One plane balancing

How Does It Work?

If the right conditions are met, at the end of the measurement spin, One Plane Balancing automatically proposes a single ideal correction plane, indicating the exact point inside the rim where the wheel can be balanced by minimizing both static and dynamic imbalance using a single counterweight.

Automatic gauge

The automatic gauge accurately handles wheels from 12″ to 28″ and automatically selects the correct balancing program (clip-on or adhesive weights). The result? Zero errors, fewer steps, and a faster, simpler, more efficient balancing process.

LA Sonar

Using advanced ultrasonic technology, it delivers fast, reliable readings even on irregular surfaces, helping technicians work quicker and with greater confidence. How Does It Work?

At the end of the measurement spin, the wheel automatically stops exactly at the correction point. After completing the first plane correction, pressing the repositioning button automatically moves the wheel to the second correction point
