DWA1100 ADAS TROLLEY is a mobile and wireless wheel alignment system designed to integrate alignment and ADAS calibration procedures into a single, efficient workflow. Ideal for modern workshops, it combines flexibility, accuracy and advanced technology to support the growing demand for ADAS services.

After completing the wheel alignment, the system uses the front sensors mounted on the ADAS calibration bar to automatically identify the vehicle thrust axis, guiding the operator in the correct positioning of the ADAS panel quickly and without errors.

The compact trolley structure with integrated charging unit and 10” Wi-Fi toughpad ensures maximum mobility and full control directly at the vehicle, eliminating the need for fixed installations and improving workshop efficiency.

Equipped with CEMB patented quick clamps (MONKEYS), the system guarantees fast installation and perfect fitting on the wheel, improving measurement accuracy and reducing setup time.
