Combo Dynamic Tool

How does it work?

The Combo Dynamic Tool integrates a demounting nail and a retractable mounting tool into a single synchronized system. During demounting, the nail grips the bead and progressively lifts it away from the rim edge. Thanks to the exclusive TORUK step-up movement, the tool rises above the rim, reducing stress on the tyre and enabling a smooth, controlled removal.

During mounting, the retractable tool works in perfect alignment with the demounting nail, creating the ideal geometry for precise positioning. The integrated roller minimizes friction and allows the bead to slide easily into place, ensuring fast and accurate mounting without effort.

Electric Center Post & Automatic Centering

How does it work?

The electric center post features a motorized translation system that ensures precise wheel positioning on the clamping unit. By simply moving the center post, the tool and both rollers are automatically aligned with the wheel throughout all working phases—bead breaking, demounting and mounting.

This automatic alignment eliminates manual adjustments and guarantees consistent positioning regardless of rim size or type.

Double Roller System

How does it work?

The system combines a lower roller integrated into the main frame and an upper roller that automatically positions itself tangent to the rim center. Working in sync with the tool, the rollers apply controlled and continuous pressure on the bead during mounting and demounting.

This dual-action system stabilizes the tyre and improves control, especially with stiff or low-profile tyres.

Motoinverter System

How does it work?

The inverter provides gradual acceleration and deceleration, allowing smooth start and stop of the motor.

• Intelligent stand-by reduces power consumption when idle; rated power is used only during operation.
• The inverter board is mounted away from the motor to avoid vibration and heat issues.
• Automatic safety protections intervene in case of low/high voltage, high temperature, rotor lock, low speed, short circuit, or incorrect configuration.
• This smooth speed variation helps minimize mechanical and electrical stress on the motor during operation.
